Barrel Aging: 26 months in French oak (50% new & 50% used once)
Tasting Notes: Fruit forward with violets and dark cherry on the nose, cherry and black fruit at the base, and a very plush center highlighted by exotic spices. The tannins are polished and present, without being overpowering. The Merlot creates a wide and rich mid palate, leading to a lingering finish.
Varietals: 45% Cab Franc, 40% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon
Aging Potential: Up to 10 years if you wish to cellar it.
