Our rosé is a unique and rare bottling of 100% Cabernet Franc, which is usually a red wine varietal. The grapes are farmed specifically to make this rosé and come from a prestigious vineyard in the Carneros region on the southern end of the Napa Valley. The grapes were cold soaked and gently whole-cluster pressed, creating a vibrant salmon color with a beautiful nose of white flowers, apricots and peaches. The wine is lush, full-bodied and drinks like a white wine. It's punctuated by delicious red berry and white stonefruit flavors. The well-balanced acids make this wine extremely food friendly.
