RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY

We pledge to provide exceptional wine and customer service. 

The State of California does not allow for exchanges or returns of alcoholic beverages except when the product is defective, damaged or incorrect. Under these circumstances, we will replace the product.

To report shipping damage or to request a replacement of a defective “corked or flawed” wine, please email us: info@majusculewine.com.

We cannot replace wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or wine that was ordered in error. To ensure our wines are delivered to you in the best possible condition, we will not ship wine if the forecast includes hot or cold weather along the shipping route. Wine will cook and freeze when exposed to prolonged hot and cold temperatures.

A $35 return fee plus the cost of the shipment will be applied to all canceled orders and to all shipments that are returned to us due to incorrect information provided by the customer or if the customer is not available to receive a package within three delivery attempts.
